Models Now Open at Madeira
ELK GROVE, CA: Cambridge Homes celebrated the grand opening Saturday, September 15 of their Trésor and Clàssico at Madeira communities in Elk Grove from 11am to 3pm. Home shoppers were invited to tour six designer-decorated models, enjoy a selection of hors d’oeuvres and enter to win an audio prize from JVC or iThunder.
Priced from the high $400,000s, Trésor features five residences ranging from 2,342 to 3,699 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home features a covered porch entry and most include a courtyard for expanded living space.
Clàssico at Madeira offers five courtyard residences ranging from 3,162 to 4,358 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms. Priced from the low $600,000s these homes are 20% more energy efficient than a home built to California’s rigorous standards. The award-winning residences at Clàssico sit on home sites that average a quarter-of-an-acre, the largest within the Madeira master planned community.
“In this market, we’re seeing home shoppers gravitate to our communities, because we offer a rare opportunity to own a beautiful home at a great price,” said Jake Allen, sales manager. “You can drive through any Cambridge community and notice the superior architectural diversity of our neighborhoods. We deliver both an exceptional home and an architecturally-diverse street scene so your home looks like you, not like your next door neighbor.”
In addition to extensive architectural features such as arches, art niches and Mediterranean-style courtyards, highlights of the standard amenities package at both communities include:
• Granite slab counters and backsplash in eight color choices at the kitchen • Warm tan wall paint with glossy white trim to highlight the distinctive architecture • Hand set tile at the entry, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms • Spa-inspired master baths with oval soaking tubs and Roman walk-in showers (most plans) • European-style cabinetry and light fixtures with choice of finish • Radiant barrier and expertly-engineered heating and cooling systems for superior energy efficiency
Trésor and Clàssico offer close proximity to the new schools and the extensive parks and landscape paseos that run throughout the Madeira master planned community.
